Tamara Leetham has been practicing law in San Diego since 2004, primarily as a litigator, handling claims in state, federal, and bankruptcy court, arbitrations, and claims filed with administrative agencies. Her litigation experience includes cannabis disputes, contract disputes, land use and planning issues, writs of mandamus, business torts, involuntary dissolutions, receiverships, and real property disputes. She also advises clients in the early stages of a disputes in an effort to avoid litigation. Tamara has argued before the California Court of Appeal and has appeared and argued in bankruptcy court on behalf of Chapter 7 and 11 debtors as well as creditors.
